CUSTOM COLOURS
Colours may be easily adjusted. A flat fee is charged for custom colour development of a standard product. The more precise the colour direction and references the easier it will be to achieve the desired result (the best colour references will be at least one inch square of solid colour).
Colours will be referenced under da light conditions which must serve as the standard. It must be noted that while the digital printing process allows for great flexibility there are still technical constraints and not all colours can be exactly matched (colours may be out of gamut, a given substrate will be more or less white which will affect the colours, certain inks reflect differently, texture of sheen of the finished product compared to the swatch, metamarism, etc.).
Initial adjustments can be sent via email followed by a production proof for final approval. This proof will serve as the standard for initial production and for future orders.

Any change in ‘how’ the design is coloured (ie. adding a thirteenth colour to a design that has twelve base colours), fall under the category of ADJUSTED DESIGNS.
